Hello All: Front Range Anglers' trip to the Baja peninsula was a success! This unique beach fishing opportunity provided anglers with dozens of different species to target. Roosterfish, Jack Crevalle, Ladyfish, African Pompano, Cabrilla, Pargo and Sierra Mackerel were all caught from the beach and other species were caught from Pongas (boats). Look for this great saltwater trip again in 2011. Due to the many requests for fly fishing classes for kids, FRA has teamed up with Thorne Ecological institute to offer a week-long camp at the end of this month for kids ages 9-11.
